Autonomous Examinations

The college has been conferred autonomous status since 1995-96. Consequently it has evolved its own examination system.

There is continuous internal assessment of the students through written tests, seminars, symposia and assignments and presentation round the year. The internal assessment comprises 15 percent of the marks allocated to each theory paper/subject.

The CCE test is held in the month of October for first I, III & V sem when two units of the syllabi have been covered. The CCE test is held in February for II, IV & VI sem . when two units of the syllabi have been completed. At the Post graduation level, in addition to written test, the students have to present papers in seminars and submit assignments.

Practical Examinations are held in the month of October for I, III & V Semester and March. for II, IV & VI Semester in every session.

Final theory examinations begin in the second week of the November for I, III & V Semester and April for II, IV & VI Semester.

All Results are declared latest by 31st December for I, III & V Semester and 15th June for II, IV & VI Semester.

Rotation and Review of answer books applications in the semester system are disposed as per the rules of Jiwaji University, Gwalior.

Recently UGC Joint Review and Extension Committee has given extension to Autonomous status of the college up to 2021.
